Carl Greene
Carl has been a personal trainer for 20 years. Carl is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. When training his clients, he designs specific programs to meet their needs based on age, weight, injuries etc. He is passionate about meeting all clients where they are and meeting their individual needs.
Logan Barrett
Logan graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM. Logan specializes in a variety of exercise methods including resistance/strength training, cardiorespiratory endurance, speed and agility, and functional training with a focus on mobility. Logan loves working with clients of all ages including young athletes looking to enhance performance as well as seniors looking to manage functional ability. Logan is dedicated to you, and he will design programs that cater to your needs!
Pam Boyce
Pamela Boyce is an AFFA certified Personal fitness trainer. She believes in the power of personal training despite any age or limitations. “I truly believe that we can feel fabulous at any age.” Her specialty is Muscular Endurance Training. “Let’s finish strong!”
Tina Wallace
Tina is a ETA certified personal trainer, an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, TRX certified and ICG Cycle certified. She also enjoys teaching Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Dance, Tabata, Silver Sneakers and Muscle Madness. “I am passionate about fitness and helping people live their best lives. You might not can add years to your life, but you can add life to your years. Commit to fit.”
